Our Process: How We Work With Brands on Women's Sweaters
From the first inquiry to delivered goods: how Imorna supports brands with sampling, low MOQs and production follow-up.
Every brand works differently, so we keep our process simple and direct. Here is how a typical program with Imorna runs - from the first message to the delivered order.
1. Why Buyers Come to Imorna
The sweater market has many factories, and quality varies widely. Some suppliers compete on price alone, which usually means thin quality control and little design support. We built Imorna around a different idea: a supplier that watches quality and cost together and supports brands with design choices, rather than only taking orders.
As a knitwear supplier, we are not tied to one workshop's machines. We match each program to the right production partner, check quality along the way, and keep communication in one place.
2. How an Order Starts
Most buyers start by browsing our cardigan and pullover styles. When a design fits their brand, they send an inquiry through the contact form with the styles, target colors and quantities.
Our sales team replies with a quotation after reviewing the request. Because our MOQ is low - from 50 pieces per color per style - even a small test order or a new-market trial is practical.
3. Sampling
After both sides agree on the details, we arrange samples. Sample time is typically 5-7 days. For first programs we usually develop from our existing styles with your colors and trims; for OEM work we develop from your drawings and specifications.
4. Production and Quality Follow-Up
When the sample is approved, the order moves to production. We confirm a pre-production sample, then follow the run through the workshop, checking quality against the approved sample before shipment.
5. Delivery and After-Sales
Finished goods are shipped by sea or air to your country. We stay available after delivery for reorders, corrections and the next season's development.
